Three triptychs: oil on canvas, each 15”x 84”
Book of silverpoint drawings
2000-2001

A work using the phenomenon of the meniscus as a metaphor for the representation of that which is on the cusp of the impossible, the invisible, the inaudible. The surface tension holding in place an otherwise unexpected volume and weight. A work embodying memory, absence/presence and the passage of time. The complete work may be ‘read’ as integrated columns or rows.
